There are many Family condos near Disney World. These condos are high quality and have many amenities to help make your stay more enjoyable.
Windsor Hills or Windsor Palms are located within two to three miles from Disney World and feature children's playgrounds, clubhouses with billiards and arcades, Olympic-sized heated pools, and whirlpool spas. They have 2 and 3 bedroom luxury condos with 2 bathrooms each, and 3 bedroom townhouses with 3 bathrooms. Each condo has a screened porch or patio, called a lanai. Each townhouse has a screened deck area around a small swimming pool. The condos and townhouses are fully furnished, including kitchen supplies and a full sized washer and dryer. They each come with cable TV, VCR, and a sound system. All the bedrooms have dressers and TV’s. The resort has available a 50 seat cinema, a children’s play area, a video arcade, toddler pool, tennis court, sand volleyball court, lighted basketball area, putting green, and a 24 hour monitored entry gate.
Westgate Lakes Resort and Spa is only a few minutes away from Disney World and other Orlando attractions such as Universal and Sea World. They have everything from studios to 4 bedroom villas available. Studios have a kitchenette that includes a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and mini refrigerator. The 2, 3, and 4 bedroom villas all have full kitchens. Other amenities include cable TV, washer and dryer, and DVD players.

There are four value resorts to choose from: Disney's Pop Century Resort, Disney's All Star Movies Resort, Disney's All Star Music Resort, and Disney's All Star Sports Resort. All of these resorts have dining available and transportation to all the Disney World parks. Also they have themed slides in the pools, the deluxe resort slides being the most elaborate.
